Go Ask Alice!

The most common question I get these days is "Are you up for a visit?"

The answer is yes. Visits are what keep me alive. Nothing makes me happier than visits from family & friends.

I lost ~5 lbs this week from illness. No one came to visit me except the Safeway delivery man, nor should they should have.

 As I said to my lunch partner, who had a minor brain incident today, "Call your doctor." She lost her husband a while ago but is fighting on. I think she is having mini strokes, like me. Her doctor might  be able to help, for now.

"Some pills make you larger. Some pills make you small. Other pills, that your mother gives you, don't do anything much at all." Listen to the wisdom of music. Then make you choice.

Details, Illness

Bad stomach flu yesterday, will spare details. No hunger today.

Tried to eat breakfast. not much luck.

Scheduled turn off of services at my old place for early March.

Confusing Times

Fell down and cut my arm. Shoulder hurts now.

Missed lunch but saw two friends down there anyway. One is now is getting very confused. He tells me the same things every day.

Longer I am here, also I am getting confused too.

The World is Crazy

I don't know how to take this anymore. Trump has established a world in his image. Not even the Oscars can wipe it away.

There is no escape.

If fiction were an option, we'd all go there.

I wake up at 2-3 a.m. and start watching CNN. Now that too is fiction.

Moving Day

My friend Alex came for lunch yesterday and then Peter helped me move more stuff down here, including a desk. It is near my living room window.

It is a sunny, breezy day outside.

I'm looking forward to watching the Oscars.
