If you have not been paying attention to every tiny detail of this summer's political psychodrama masquerading as a Presidential campaign, you've made a very wise choice. The Republican candidate, John McCain, who has trailed all along in the polls, has chosen to exploit the one ugly remnant of the old America -- racism -- that has survived every positive social change in our wonderful country these past 50 years, in order to try and undermine his opponent, Barack Obama, the first African-American candidate who actually has a chance to be President.
There are so many awful aspects of this choice by McCain that I cannot really get into it here, so I'll pivot to another topic -- who the Vice-Presidential candidates will be. After considering all the evidence I could gather, I've concluded that the tickets will be McCain-Romney vs. Obama-Clinton.
Politics has always made strange bedfellows, and this year is no different. When all is said and done, the presumptive nominees (against all current buzz) will choose to add their most serious opponent in the primaries to their ticket.
This is not an opinion I would have reached on my own. This is the consensus of those who predict on such matters at Predictify. The "wisdom of the crowds" proves to true more often than not...

Presidential politics can be so volatile, so unpredictable, but people remain people after all; you can't change the spots on a leopard.
John McCain, for all that he is or is not, has been in the public view for more than 40 years... mostly intense public view. If he had any hooded white sheets in his closet, they would have been exploited literally thousands of times over, long before this campaign. Perhaps I'm just not sophisticated enough to be exposed to the resources which have documented this side of McCain. Perhaps you could enlighten me with suggestions about where to look, because frankly I'm at a loss on this issue.
On the other hand, the greatest hand wringing on Obama and race has been gushing from liberal media sources from day one. My first attention to this was drawn by the now infamous LA Times article referring to Obama as the “magic negro” (Obama the Magic Negro – David Ehrenstein, March 19, 2007). Simply breathtaking. And I doubt that this was a “right-wing conspiracy”.
Until very recently John McCain has been running a milquetoast campaign, avoiding ANY controversial confrontation with the Obama camp. This has been, in no small part, due to his campaign's deathly fear of all things racial. It doesn't require a doctorate to understand the instant political death in this country for anyone perceived as racially biased.
Which brings me to your astounding prediction about a Barak/Hillary ticket. Hillary under Barak? Vice-First Lady Bill? Just who are these gurus at Predictify anyway? Have they kept up with Hillary's latest public statements? Do they really believe she isn't lurking off stage waiting for any opportunity to unseat Barak? I'll say it again; this campaign is the most entertaining in my lifetime. I've never been into soap operas, but my excitement grows as we look to the spectacle which will be the Democrat National Convention.
