Back in Missoula

Aidan and Zaira got into town at a bit after noon, local time, checked their bags at the hotel and went out for lunch at the Mexican place nearby.

I worked the morning and took the afternoon off. As proud as I am of my team and our success, going into the office every day, all day, has been wearing me down.

I've been conscious lately of making sure my work-life balance is at an appropriate pace for a person of my age. Everyone at KQED seems supportive.

So it is kinds nice to just be taking the afternoon off (sort of, monitoring email) and watching the Giants game on TV. So far it is a tie, 1-1. Through 3 innings, MadBum has 7 strikeouts.
