Family Get-Together

Our first Pizza Night in a while. Aidan and Julia joined Laila and her kids for a nice visit. We met Betsy, the lab/pit bull mix puppy Laila's family has adopted.

Brunch!

Aidan and Julia on our way to brunch today. we had a spirited talk about politics -- Bernie, Hillary and Trump. I told them about measure AA, which is a Bay Area initiative to mitigate against sea rise.

We went to a new place on Dolores Street and it was a great time together. Dylan is in santa Cruz and coming home later today.

I met Mika, Aidan and Zaira's small black cat. She is so cute and friendly -- loves to be held and to rub up against people. She is also shy.

Yesterday I also had brunch with old friends Tamara and Dan. We built CIR together starting in 1977 -- 39 years ago. Wonderful connecting, trading stories and just spending time together.
